Lékué Silicone Steam Case

Unique Platinum Silicone Steam Case - for simple steam cooking in the oven, or microwave.


The Lékué Steam Cases allow you to steam cook your food in it's own juices, in a very healthy and easy way. As the food is steamed in the fully enclosed case the flavours infuse directly into it and any aromas, such as included herbs and spices are intensified. A recipe book is included within the gift box packaging and further ideas can be found on the Lékué website including savoury and sweet dishes.

Currently 2 models are available. A regular Steam Case, suitable for 1 to 2 people (red silicone) and the larger Steam Case with Tray, which is suitable for 3 to 4 people (clear body, red tray). The tray is ideal for cooking fish and if cooking from frozen the excess water drains out from the food to prevent over saturation. Both cases are suitable for oven and microwave cooking (heat resistant to 260ºC), they are also freezer safe (to -60ºC) and dishwasher safe.
