Stylish design coupled with superb cooking results feature in the Toughened Non-Stick range from Le Creuset – winner of a Silver Award in the Cookware & Bakeware category of the Industry Awards 2009.
Both the interior and exterior of each pan are finished with one of the most modern, toughened non-stick finishes available providing superb release of food and easy cleaning.
The range is made from heavy gauge, forged aluminium specially treated to provide a strong, toughened finish, and each pan spreads heat evenly so there are no hot spots when cooking. The hollow, cast stainless steel handles stay cool when the pan is on the hob, and the range is suitable for use in the dishwasher and oven and is metal utensil safe.
The base incorporates a magnetic stainless steel disc, allowing the pans to be used on all heat sources including induction hobs.
