DKB Household UK has appointed a new UK sales director.
Huw Buckle joined the Farnborough head office this month, bringing to the company a wealth of experience totalling 30 years in sales and marketing.
He has previously worked with Black & Decker, Kohler Mira and Croydex, and most recently was sales and marketing director at Beko.
His new role will see him responsible for all DKB UK sales as well as heading up the UK sales team and managing customer relationships.
Commenting on Buckle’s appointment, DKB managing director Nick Cornwell said: “Huw will spearhead our exciting 2009 new product launches as well as work with our customer base to develop programmes and product placements that will deliver results in a tough marketplace”.
Buckle will be replacing former sales director Glenn Meek, who has been with DKB for the past three years. He will be setting up his own business within the property market, which will see him relocate to Oman.
