New appointments at KitchenAid

KitchenAid SDA has announced the appointment of Helen Simpson as marketing manager UK & Ireland, and Suzanne Bowes as key accounts manager UK.

Helen previously held the position of marketing manager at Magimix UK, where she was instrumental in bringing new products to market. As marketing manager at KitchenAid SDA, she will be responsible for developing strategy and co-ordinating the UK launch of NPD.

Suzanne has an extensive background in sales, having spent three years at Silentnight and then previously at Dyson for 12 years. She will be responsible for building relationships with retail channels and growing the brand’s customer base.  Suzanne will report into Israel Quintana, head of sales UK & Ireland.

KitchenAid marketing director of SDA, EMEA Alessandra Romagna, commented: “We are delighted to welcome both Helen and Suzanne to KitchenAid. They will bring a wealth of expertise to the team, and together, we look forward to driving growth of the KitchenAid portfolio in the UK.”

The KitchenAid brand celebrated its 90th anniversary in 2009 and forms part of the Whirlpool Corporation. The company markets Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, Consul, Brastemp, Amana, Bauknecht, Jenn-Air, Indesit, Hotpoint and other brand names in more than 170 countries.
