Housewares Business-to-business magazine for housewares retailers and their suppliers
Beleaguered US housewares and homewares retailer Linens ‘n Things is reported to be planning to shut an additional 87 stores.
The company, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in May, originally said it would close 120 outlets. It operates almost 600 in total.
Linens ‘n Things stores are in the process of selling off $275m-worth of merchandise at liquidation discount prices.
