Kooks Unlimited unveils new Bakeware Studio

All bakeware and sugarcraft products have been transferred from the established shop in Eton Street to the new outlet, Kooks Bakeware Studio, which is just five doors up.

Owner Chris Lynn-Thomas told HousewaresLive.net that the new store “offers a vast range of bakeware, sugarcraft and electric mixers, blenders, etc. We’ve also put in a demo kitchen and are aiming to offer demonstrations as well as inviting chefs and companies to come and promote their wares.”

She said she had made the move “mainly because we were just running out of room and the bakeware side is doing really well – and the opportunity came up”.

Lynn-Thomas said that merchandise in the original shop would now benefit from having more space, but that she would also be looking to introduce some new stock.

“I’m going to look at Alessi,” she said, “and we’ll probably go a bit bigger on contemporary ceramics . I want to do Burleigh to a larger extent and I want to extend Susie Watson. And we’ll be able to offer more white china.”
