Housewares Business-to-business magazine for housewares retailers and their suppliers
Products selected for this year’s Design Plus Awards at next month’s Ambiente show come mainly from the housewares, kitchenware and tableware sectors.
Amongst the winners is this fun Scoop & Stack ice cream server from the in-house designers at Cuisipro. It creates cylinder-shaped blocks of ice cream that can be stacked up for colourful and creative presentation. The product is distributed in the UK by Paul Hargreaves Associates.
Other housewares companies to have triumphed in the international design competition include Alessi, Arzberg, Chef’n, Dansk, GreenPan Europe, Guzzini, Joseph Joseph, Kuhn Rikon, Menu, Victorinox and WMF.
This year sees awards going to 24 exhibitors from 15 countries, with 29 products, ranging from tableware and cookware to a citrus zester and a vegetable peeler.
They can be seen in a special display in the foyer between Halls 5.1 and 6.1 at Ambiente, which runs in Frankfurt from February 13 to 17.
