Zwilling JA Henckels will be showing key products from all its brands at Exclusively Housewares including the new Henckels Twin Profection range of professional kitchen knives.
Working closely with Milanese architect and designer Matteo Thun, Henckels has created a strong, unmistakable knife which combines the classic values of a Henckels knife with state-of-the-art new technology.
The Twin Profection collection comprises eight knives and a sharpening steel, along with three Profection knife block sets of six, seven and eight pieces.
The Sigmaforge Profection knife is manufactured from a single piece, and Henckels says the ice-hardened Friodur Profection blade typifies too what professional chefs expect from the company. And it states that the innovative combination of the unique blade geometry raises the bar even higher. The wedge-shape blade provides optimal stability and the full cutting edge allows effective cutting from tip to heel, while the curved bolster is especially safe for easy handling.
The three-rivet, full-tang black handle is made from a tough synthetic composition.
