The future of BHETA’s proposed merger with the BJGF and its management structure hangs in the balance after voting at this morning’s EGM was split down the middle.
The voting was divided 66 votes for and 66 against with one abstention. The board is currently in meetings to discuss what to do next. The talks will cover subjects raised by the floor during the EGM, which included a call for David French to resign as ceo and the cessation of all legal proceedings against Charles Harrison.
