Famous for its floor sweepers, Ewbank is now extending further into the domestic cleaning sector with the launch of an anti-allergy bed cleaner.
The hand-held Raycop, which targets both bacteria and dust mites, combines three features to deliver a triple-action attack.
The process begins by treating the bed with a UV-C sterilising lamp, which kills bacteria and helps eradicate dust mites. The vibrating pad agitates the bed, releasing the dust mites in the mattress, duvet and pillow, while the vacuum removes the mites and prevents the allergens being released back into the atmosphere.
The product has the seal of approval from the British Allergy Foundation.
